If you want, you can use the peppers you have topped off, or you can cut the skins of the tomatoes you will use inside and use them as lids.

How to Make Stuffed Peppers with Meat Recipe?

  1. Wash the bell peppers well, cut the stem part with the help of a knife so that the lid can be made and remove all the seeds. Lightly salt the inside of the peppers with your finger.
  2. Wash and drain the rice, remove the skins and seeds of the tomatoes and chop them.
  3. Mix the ground beef, chopped onion, half of the margarine or vegetable oil, rice, tomatoes, mint, parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. With the help of a teaspoon, fill the peppers with the mortar you prepared, be careful not to compress it too much because the rice will start to swell as it cooks.
  5. Place the stuffed bell peppers upright and close in a medium saucepan. Fry the remaining oil and tomato paste in a small bowl and add two glasses of boiling water into it. Put the prepared sauce in the pot next to the peppers.
  6. Cook on high heat until it boils, then cook on low heat after boiling. After half an hour, if the peppers are easily pierced by touching them with a fork, it means the dolma is cooked and ready to serve.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate, garnish with dill if desired and serve hot.

250 gr. If you put 1 cup of rice in the ground beef, it will be like rice. You can call it stuffed peppers with rice, not meat. It should be made by adding a cup of rice at most.

    Hello from Norway,
The peppers here are twice as thick as in Turkey. That's why I boil the peppers a little bit first. Then I fill the peppers with two tablespoons of minced meat and one tablespoon of rice on top. When they are cut on the serving plate, it looks very nice and is appreciated. Nobody here with yogurt. He doesn't like to eat it. I also serve it with any meatball portion.

their hands are healthy, the materials are very good, but the cutting of the pepper is not appropriate, its posture seems to be crying, if you take out the stem of the pepper and press it with your finger, then if you want the stem of the pepper as a cover, if you want the stem of the pepper, the tomato is put as a slice, sorry the image looks like the pepper is crying, not suitable for new cooks
