We all we like kidney beans with olive oil. Especially made with delicious tomatoes in season and served with fresh parsley after resting in the refrigerator for one night. kidney beans you can't get enough of it.
Lots this summer kidney bean I cooked it, but last week I made a change and decided to try meat for the first time. Although I have a bit of an attitude as a type who does not like meat and juicy dishes, I really liked the meat version of red kidney beans.
1 kilo fresh kidney beans up to 480-500 gr when extracted red kidney beans coming out. This is enough for a large pot of food when other ingredients are added.
This time, because I wanted to prepare meat, I took a quick glance in the freezer and saw 70-80 gr cubed lamb meat. I decided that it was too little to add to the meal and took out about 120 g of ground beef. You can use whatever you have at home, but you can also use it as I prepared it because when the food is cooked, the meat becomes like Turkish delight. In other words, you don't have to think that the ground meat cooks quickly and the cubed meat is too late. Cooking time for cubed meat is almost the same as for kidney beans…
Of course, just like with beans, it creates an excellent flavor with a little tzatziki and a little rice.

Ingredients for Beef Kidney Beans Recipe
- 500 g fresh kidney beans
- 200 g minced meat or ground beef
- 2 medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 pieces of green pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 5 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
How to Make Meat Kidney Beans Recipe?
- Sort the kidney beans and wash the grains in 1 water.
- Chop the onion and garlic. Dice the tomato into cubes if desired, or grate it if you wish.
- Remove the seeds from the peppers and finely chop them.
- Take the olive oil in the pan. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes (let it turn slightly brown).
- Add the meat to the pot and fry it until it releases its water.
- Add the tomatoes and peppers to the meat that absorbs the water and fry it until the tomato juice shrinks.
- Add the kidney beans, mix 1-2 times and add enough water to cover the food by 2 fingers.
- Let the kidney beans cook on low heat with the lid closed. When the water boils, add salt and pepper and mix.
- With the lid closed, cook on low heat until the kidney beans are soft. Serve hot.
