It is a nice irony that a product released for diet is such a delicious and caloric dessert :)
You can not make the pudding yourself, as in my recipe, but use it ready-made. If you want, you can prepare milky desserts such as pudding, keşkul or Kazandibi and use them instead of pudding.

sweet recipes
You can serve it at five o'clock tea, at friends' meetings, or after dinner.

Instead of Burçak biscuits, you can use crushed hazelnuts or walnuts or even chocolate sauce. Take it easy now. Love…

Etimek Dessert

Ingredients for Etimek Dessert Recipe

  • 1 pack of meat
  • 1 pack of vetch biscuits (for topping)

For the custard:

  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 5 tablespoons of starch
  • Half a glass of granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoons of margarine

For the syrup:

  • 1,5 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 water glass of water
  • 1-2 drops of lemon juice

How to Make Etimek Dessert Recipe?

  1. Arrange the meats side by side on my debt.
  2. Put the sherbet ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, when it thickens slightly, pour it over the meatballs you put in my debit.
  3. For the pudding, take sugar, starch, flour in a saucepan and melt it with a little milk so that it does not clump. Then add the remaining milk and cook, stirring, over medium heat until it thickens. Finally, add the margarine and boil for 1 more minute, stirring.
  4. Pour the pudding sauce you prepared over the meats you have sherbetted.
  5. When the pudding comes to room temperature, take the vetch biscuits into a bag and crush them.
  6. Finally, spread the entire biscuit on the dessert and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  7. Serve with fruit and chocolate sauce.

Good luck to you :) I make the syrup of this dessert by caramelizing the sugar first and then boiling it with water until the sugar dissolves.

Do we wait for it to cool down after laying the meatballs and pouring the syrup? Or do you pour the syrup hot and then pour the pudding hot?

You can find it in markets. The ancients used to call it rusks.

The recipe is great, this is my second time cooking, but it was too much for a pack of biscuits, I think the taste is still great :)

Browning the sugar a little while making the syrup adds a different caramel flavor to the palate. A very practical and delicious dessert. Perfect for emergency guests. I advise.

It's different from the meaty dessert I made, I'm sure it would be better because it doesn't use ready-made whipped cream. I was also wondering if whipped cream is made at home. I try not to use ready-made food as much as possible. Thanks for the recipe.

Thank you very much for the recipe. I made it today, I couldn't taste it because I was fasting, but it looked the same, now I tasted it, it was amazing. (it can't be compared with instant pudding, besides) it took the same time as instant pudding. Thanks again to those who eat it, it's as if they knew this business very well,35. I think I left an impression as if I did it once. I broke the idea that working women can't do anything and I'm very happy :)

Do we pour the syrup when it is hot or when it has cooled down a bit?

Since the meats are very hard, we pour the syrup hot.

I made it, it was very good, everyone liked it very much, but the pudding was a little hard and the syrup was less, it couldn't soften the meats, I suggest you make a little more sherbet;)
