Ingredients for Espresso Cake Recipe
- 1 tablespoon of instant coffee (15 ml),
- 1 tablespoon of boiling water,
- 2 tablespoons of butter (40 g),
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar (40 g),
- 1 eggs,
- 1 coffee cup of flour (50 g),
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder,
- 1 tablespoon of cream (15 ml),
- 4 balls of Carte d'Or Creamy Ice Cream
How to Make Espresso Cake Recipe?
- Dissolve the coffee in boiling water and let it cool.
- Put butter and sugar in mixing bowl and mix.
- Add the egg and baking powder.
- Gradually add the flour and mix with a metal spoon.
- Add the cream and melted coffee and let it mix well.
- Grease 4 thick espresso cups or baking pans.
- Share the mixture you prepared.
- Arrange the cups on a deep baking tray. Fill with hot water so that 1/3 of it remains in the water.
- Bake for 180 minutes in your preheated oven at 40 degrees.
- If the toothpick you inserted comes out dry, you can tell that your cakes are cooked.
- If the toothpick comes out wet and the tops are too browned, cover the cups with foil and continue baking.
- After removing the cakes from the oven, let them cool for 2-3 minutes.
- Top them with a scoop of Carte d'Or Creamy Ice Cream.
- You can decorate it with chocolate sauce as you wish.
