Hello Dear Friends,

Cafe Nar Bağlarbaşı, which is a very, very enjoyable place where I run away and listen to my head whenever I can. When I came to Istanbul from the summer house for my work on Monday; It is a place that has established a throne in my heart with its natural and delicious breakfast that makes people feel like home. anyway Anatolian Side Breakfast Places number 1 in my post.

sweat face cake

In this cafe, which is run by mother and daughter together, the meals are mostly prepared by the skillful hands of Nihal lady. Daughter Cihan's smiling face and pleasant conversation add a different warmth to the place. This makes the cafe a preferred place especially for lunch breaks and meals.

As well as breakfast, olive oil dishes are a favorite of many people like me.

On this trip, I got the recipe for the Inside Out Cake, which made our eyes and palate a feast. You can also prepare this recipe with apples or peaches.

Especially if you serve it warm and with ice cream, you will not get enough of its taste.

Love…

Note: Use a 30 cm round pyrex.

While I was browsing the internet to see what I could do with plums at home, I found your recipe and tried it. It's great, thank you. I had a problem while caramelizing, the sugar solidified, I did some research, I added a little more water and collected it without mixing. Thanks again, I always make this cake now.

This is something different than a cake worth trying :) An alternative to caramel, we can dilute it very little, use molasses and reduce the amount of sugar…

Ms. nilay, I made the cake 2 times, one with plum and one with peach, it tastes really great, but I am the first comment question and you didn't answer it, I melted the butter in one, I whipped it until it was slightly stiff, I stayed in one and kept the butter in a whisk over the evening and kept it at room temperature (I didn't melt it anymore on the stove) I whipped it with sugar. But again, as you said, it did not foam. I have a fear that if it is left a little too long it will burn. But I made the cake in general, it's great, it has a really great different aroma and taste. Thank you.

Hello Nurcan, I'm sorry that my conversion was a little late after the holidays. Let me make a correction there, we melt the butter and the melted butter becomes foamy on the stove. Then add the sugar and whisk until the sugar dissolves. In other words, the sugar we add after the foaming butter does not rise very much.

Caramel should not be too thick and brown. As it continues to bake in the oven, its color and consistency become darker. Love…

DEAR Madam NILAY I MADE YOUR CAKE AND IT TASTE SOOOOO BEAUTIFUL. But I want to ask something until the butter mold melted until I melted in the mixture of sugar and salt I added the mixer in the fastest speed, but the foam foam never gave up and began to break the eggs, why did I wonder why the foam foam was very curious. .

Do you think it would spoil the taste if I made the plum in my hand sour?

No problem. It already sweetens the caramel sauce. Yours sincerely

Does the bottom of the cake burn on the 2nd shelf from the bottom of the oven, did it fall out of my debt easily?
