Apple Raisin Cake
This cake is my first tear, the first cake I made when I got married, I had never baked a cake before. I was very happy to see it swell :) Kismet, I took a photo of it as a souvenir at that time, now I have a food blog.

Ingredients for Apple Raisin Cake Recipe
- 3 medium egg
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2,5 water glass flour
- 2 apples
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- half a glass of milk
- Cinnamon
- 1 cup of raisins
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packaged vanilla
- 1 cup walnuts for topping
How to Make Apple Raisin Cake Recipe?
- Beat eggs and sugar until white. Add the oil and milk and whisk until combined.
- Add the juiced apple zest, flour, raisins, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Pour the mixture into the greased cake mold. Sprinkle with cracked walnuts.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. (Before taking the cake out of the oven, insert a skewer and see if it comes out dry, if it is moist, bake for another 5 minutes.)
- When the cake comes to room temperature, slice and serve.
Note: Squeeze the juice of the apple well with your hand and add it like that.
