We have a very pleasant rush, it's the birthday of my little sister, who turns 23 today :), so there is a feverish preparation.

I prepared a menu of easy and delicious recipes and made a cake featuring Hello Kitty, the cartoon character she adores.

Hello, Ms. Nilay, good luck to you… I tried this recipe, but when the muffles swelled, it opened and spread. What should I do to make it stand on the pitch like you did? Is there a puff point?

It's been a while since I saw the recipe, but I just made it and wanted to say thank you. I made it without peeling the skin of the apples and even adding walnuts to it. Conclusion; everyone fainted. I made 6 puff pastry as I tried it for the first time, but we couldn't understand how it ended, next time I will increase the number :)
Again, good luck to your hands and work…

Hello, I tried your recipe, it was very good, the taste was great, but the shape was not as smooth as in the picture….. I opened the square puff pastry with a light rolling pin, I wonder if it was because I was making it :)
I added walnuts, it's great, I definitely recommend using walnuts :)

Hello, Ms. Nurdan, it may be on the first try :) You can use a rolling pin instead of a rolling pin, but there is no significant difference between them. I will try your walnut recommendation. Yours sincerely

    Hello
I wonder if it swells when it boils, I'm very worried about it, I'll try, but I think it will swell and become very bitter.

Hello Fisun, I found it better for everyone to add cinnamon according to their own taste, so I didn't specify an amount. If you like yadni, you can apply egg yolk. I didn't use it because I used powdered sugar on it. take it easy

the recipe is great.. I made it on the weekend.. everyone liked it very much…
You did not specify the amount of cinnamon alone. I guess I threw out too much. Will I also apply egg yolk on it? can you answer.. it's urgent.. please

Also, I would like to ask you to host guests for the first time in my house (day event) I don't have much to do with such situations, but let's not prolong the meeting with the neighbors anyway. Can you give me a nice and easy salad recipe?

It's interesting that I don't have a crush. If you follow the above construction steps, it will be. But if you say it did not rise, it may be due to puff pastry.

I tried this recipe, but knitting never happened. Like you, I am trying puff pastry for the first time, I wonder if I kept it at room temperature for too long.

I'm looking forward to your recipes with sausage and sauce. I also made puff pastry sticks with cheddar. Everyone who tasted it loved it. They wouldn't even understand if I didn't tell them it was from puff pastry. I look at your site every day, I've memorized what's new now :)
