Ingredients for Apple Muffin Recipe
- 2 medium sized apples
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 2,5-3 cups flour
- 3 eggs (at room temperature)
- 1 glasses of yoghurt
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 packaged vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 cup of crushed hazelnuts
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 apple (thinly sliced) for topping
How to Make Apple Muffin Recipe?
- Beat eggs and sugar in a deep bowl until foamy. Add the oil and yogurt and mix a little more.
- Sift the baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon into the flour, add to the other ingredients and mix.
- Lastly, add the apple graters and hazelnut chips to the dough and mix. Divide the dough with a spoon on the muffin papers that you lightly oiled with the help of a brush.
- Put the sliced apple pieces on the muffins and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until they are well browned.
Does it differ from mold to mold?

I did it too, but it didn't rise as in the picture. I wonder why. I whipped it with a mixer at first, and lastly I whipped it with a spoon.
If the egg and sugar are not risen enough, the muffin will not rise as much, but there may be other reasons.
