Apple Puff Pastry Share
Hello Dear Friends,
The first recipe of the week is a wonderful recipe that combines apple and cinnamon, adding flavor to its caramelized flavor with brown sugar.
Puff pastry is a very easy material to use, I use it very often with sweet as well as salty recipes. While the preparations for the new year continue, I think such a recipe will be very useful for you.
Since it is very simple to make, your guests can prepare it shortly before their arrival. You can bake it while your guests are at the table and serve it hot in 10-15 minutes.
I really like caramel ice cream, but you can serve it with vanilla ice cream if you want.

How to Make Apple Puff Pastry Pie Recipe?
- Wash the apples and grate them without peeling them.
- Take your margarine in a medium sized pan, melt it on low heat and add the apples on it.
- Add brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon to the apples and sauté until they are caramelized.
- While the applesauce is cooling, remove the puff pastry from the freezer to thaw.
- Divide the thawed puff pastry lengthwise into 2 parts right there.
- Arrange 8 pieces of wax paper on the baking tray with 2-3 cm intervals, distribute the apple mortar in the middle, leaving space on the sides.
- With the help of a knife, draw 3 parallel lines as in the photo, on the pieces you cut aside.
- Place the pieces you have drawn on the bases on which you put the mortar. Press the edges with a fork so that it does not open and make a trace.
- Bake the puff pastry in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with ice cream on the side.
