I guess the only cookies I can't say no to are the apple and cinnamon cookies. When the fragrant smells fill the kitchen, the first thing that comes to my mind is to brew a nice tea.

I made the recipe yesterday with a slight difference, I added 2 tablespoons of sugar to the apples. That's why I kept the amount of sugar I put in the dough a little less. Much appreciated, thanks for the recipe.

If you do not add powdered sugar, it was not tasteless, it is normal. Any cookie that gets baking powder in it turns black and it's a matter of the type of apples.

I just cooked. There was little flour in the recipe, I had to add it. Powdered sugar is also less, but it stabilizes after sprinkling on it. The dough is delicious but my apples were dry. Maybe it's from the oven, but it doesn't look like marmalade like in the picture. Everything aside, the recipe is successful, thank you…

Dammis lady, as I said, oil or yogurt is not used in some cookies, it is enough to collect margarine dough. The dough that comes out is delicious like a flour cookie and disperses in the mouth. Make sure to make your next try with margarine and without adding anything other than the recipe. Health to your hands.
