Apple Celery Salad
No matter how much a person grows up, he cannot get rid of certain childhood joys. One of the things I enjoy most from the past to the present is watching cartoons on weekend mornings, especially at the breakfast table or while sipping my tea (I do not confuse South Park and The Simpsons, of which I watched 11 seasons without breathing, because they are the subject of another article). Avatar (the last airbender), the last favorite of the sea, had its 3rd season finale last Sunday. It was a breathtaking final episode, but I was really sad that it ended :(
There were fire, earth, air and water nations in this wonderful cartoon, which carries the traces of Eastern culture, and each nation represented an element. Every nation had warriors or healers who could bend those elements, only the avatar had the power to bend all the elements. I would like to state that this cartoon, in which we witnessed the adventures of Avatar, that is, Aang and his friends, who fought with the fire nation invading the world, was also released on DVD.

Ingredients for Apple Celery Salad Recipe
- 1 large celery celery
- 1 medium apple (sour green apple if available)
- The juice of half a lemon
- 4-5 tablespoons of yogurt (can be strained)
- 4-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Half a cup of ground walnuts (optional)
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tea spoon salt
How to Make Apple Celery Salad Recipe?
- Peel the skin of the apple, peel the celery, clean the indentations in the root parts. Peel the garlic.
- Grate the celery and squeeze the juice of half a lemon on it so that it does not turn black, sprinkle some salt.
- Rub the celery with your hand and strain the juice by squeezing it with your hand.
- Grate the apple and garlic, add to the celery and mix.
- Add the yogurt and mayonnaise and mix.
- Slice the oranges thinly and serve with 2 spoons of salad on each slice.
