Ingredients for Apple and Walnut Crunch Dessert Recipe
Crispy Dough:
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- half a pack of baking powder
- half teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons of cold butter (50 g) diced
Apple Sauce:
- 2 green apple
- 2 spoonful butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- half teaspoon cinnamon
How to Make Apple and Walnut Crispy Dessert Recipe?
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and flour. Add the diced butter and quickly crumble it with your hands to form lumps.
- While preparing the apple filling, place it in the refrigerator to cool.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter, flour, lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon and water.
- Place the finely chopped apples into my bowl, pour the apple sauce and mix,
- Remove the dough from the refrigerator and sprinkle evenly over the apples. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
- Place the baking tray in the air fryer and bake at 180 degrees for about 10-12 minutes until the crisps turn golden yellow.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- If desired, serve hot or warm with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
