An excellent cake! Special request from me for my mother's day. I'm sure they'll eat your fingers!

But there is something I want to consult. It is a feature that is normally desired and of course beautiful, but my cake was too big and the middle was split in two. Visually, it was not a very successful cake for me, as most of the apples that I dipped too much into the dough before I put it in the oven disappeared into the rising cake. Is it because of the oven that I use, that the middle part rises the most, rather than the edges? If you have any idea about this, I would be very happy if you share it. Thanks.

First of all, good luck with your hands. It is necessary to put the cake in the middle of the oven in the middle, if the oven does not distribute heat evenly, such problems can occur. Also, the cake is a light cake, so if you lighten the apple slices by slicing thinner, the stinging problem can be solved a little bit. Yours sincerely

yes, silicone molds are really useful. It's a little more expensive than other molds, but it's worth it. Also, the small ones are very nice for muffins in different ways.
