Ingredients for Sour and Juicy Meatballs Recipe

  • 1 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 4-4,5 glasses of hot water
  • half a glass of flour
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

For the meatballs:

  • 200 grams of medium-fat ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tablespoon of rice
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper

For dressing:

  • 1 egg yolks
  • juice of 1 lemon

How to Make Sour and Juicy Meatballs Recipe?

  1. Take the minced meat, grated onion (squeeze the juice with your hands), washed rice, salt and pepper in a deep bowl and knead. Make marble-sized balls and set aside.
  2. Peel and dice the carrots and potatoes. Boil the water in a medium saucepan. Add the carrot and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. When the carrots soften slightly, add the potatoes and continue cooking.
  4. Dip the meatballs you prepared in flour, add them to the pot and let it boil.
  5. For her dressing; Whisk the lemon juice and egg yolk in a bowl. Take 1 ladle of boiling water and add little by little to the seasoning mix and mix.
  6. After the seasoning is well-warmed, add it to the pot and mix.
  7. Boil on medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add the finely chopped parsley, bring it to a boil and serve it by taking it off the stove.
