Meatballs with Sour and Juicy (with Bulgur)

Materials:
For the meatballs:
200 gr. mince
6-7 stalks of parsley
A finger less than 1 glass of fine bulgur wheat
1 teaspoon of salt
black pepper
red pepper
For the juice:
2 tablespoons of liquid
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 pieces of onion
1 potato
1 carrot
Fabrication:
The minced meat ingredients are mixed and thoroughly kneaded. Small pieces are cut from the resulting mixture and rolled by hand and small meatballs are prepared.
On the other hand, our oil is put in the pan and the chopped onions are lightly pinked. Tomato paste is added into it, mixed, and large chopped potatoes and carrots are added. Add the garlic as a whole, add enough water and boil it a little. When it starts to boil, meatballs are added into it, and it is cooked by pouring lemon juice. It is served hot.
I couldn't find a nice juicy meatball recipe for myself with a kind of minced meat.
