Hello dear friends,

This weekend has been really good to me. I met with friends whom I have not seen for a long time and whom I love very much. Apart from their sweet conversations, the compliments about the weight I lost were also incredibly moral.

Brown bread

Of course, this part is like a double-edged sword, Dr. As Dukan also mentioned in his book, escapades started with extra morale and joy. At the moment, I still have 5 kilos of excess, but for 2 days I do not pay much attention to what I eat.

Now I have 2 options in front of me, either I will go to the strengthening phase immediately or I will continue my diet strictly until the 29th Traditional Kitchen Secrets Barbecue Party on April 4, and I will get rid of the remaining weight as much as possible and start strengthening it. I have incredible indecision.

Anyway, before I started fortifying, I started trying to make a bread suitable for my taste. My Whole Wheat Sourdough bread was organic, healthy and delicious, but it's a little firm because I only use whole wheat flour. Today in transport We gave it to some customers and they liked it very much. If you are one of those lucky customers on weekends, it is highly likely that you will taste it.

After I took this last photo, I tweeted "the pen is mightier than the sword". What does the love of bread make people do? :)

I made bread according to the recipe, the crust was a little thick, the inside was a little moist, and the taste was slightly sour :( is it normal? I kept the bread outside covered with a cloth. Should I keep it in the oven? It's like sourdough bread in a bread machine?

hello nilay lady, i am doing the dukan diet too, but i couldn't do this bread with the bran, so it didn't rise at all, is this bread suitable for the dukan diet?

Hello Nesrin, this bread is only suitable for the strengthening phase. You need to keep trying wholegrain for attack and cruising.

I also had a problem with dukan bread. Mine didn't rise at all. It smelled of dough, it was dry inside but wet outside. maybe we had to wait a little longer for the instant yeast to take effect. i ate some of it fried and the rest is spoiled :( maybe you can give a microwave bread recipe suitable for the dukan.

Ms. Nilay, I still have 3 kilos to lose. At first, I was spoiled because I lost it easily, I made some evasion by saying that I have 4 more weeks anyway :) My cruise phase will end at the end of April, but I haven't lost any weight for 2 weeks, and my determination on the diet has gradually weakened.. actually enough. I'm looking for ways to escape, I feel guilty. Let's get on the gas again, let's not stop saying what Dukan says until the last day by saying it's almost the end :) By the way, yesterday I craved waffles, so I put sweetener in dukan crepe and put it inside. I used the pudding I made from your recipe, but it was not good :( I made Lahmacun, it was successful.

hello Nilay, I think you should continue the cruise phase at full throttle. Think about the weight you will lose, time passes very quickly. We saw that April is over and we said goodbye to excess weight. Please do not obey the bad voice inside you :)) Love…
