Ingredients for Sourdough Iftar Slices Recipe

  • 1 Pack of Pakmaya Sourdough White Bread Mix
  • 500 gr. Fame
  • 300 – 320 ml. warm water
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil

For inside:

  • Salam
  • smoked turkey
  • Tomato
  • Cheddar cheese

How to Make Sour Yeast Iftar Slices Recipe?

  1. Take the flour in a mixing bowl, add the sourdough white bread mortar and mix. Add salt and sugar.
  2. Add lukewarm water and olive oil and knead for about 10 minutes until you get a dough that does not stick to the hand or to the bowl.
  3. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 45 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Remove the gas by kneading the fermented dough lightly.
  5. Press it with your hand and spread it on the greased baking tray.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for 17-20 minutes.
  7. Let the cooked pita rest on the tray for 20 minutes to cool.
  8. Slice and fill with the crosses you want and serve.
