Hello dear friends,

As most of the followers know, I was very tired especially in the last month. Still, let's be thankful that it went as well as possible ☺️ I've been wanting to share a sourdough focaccia recipe with you for a long time. We finally tried the recipe today, which my husband, the baker of our house, saw and liked on an account he followed.

The result was so good that I wanted to share it with you without waiting too long. There are gram-by-gram measures and long waiting times that sourdough sellers are used to, but it's definitely worth the effort. Because the result is perfect. Of course, all the work of the dough was done by my wife, but the decoration is on me ☺️💕

The river liked this sweet bread the most. You can prepare these types of recipes with instant yeast and decorate them with your children. It will be a great activity for them, too, where their hands touch and they can finally enjoy it by eating.

In my story, I will also give you my recipe that you can make with Instant yeast. If you make #foccaccia this weekend, don't forget to tag me and message me💕

How to Make Sourdough Focaccia Recipe?

  1. Prepare all the ingredients, cut the butter into cubes, keep it in the refrigerator to keep it cold.
  2. Put all the ingredients except the butter into the mixing bowl. Mix first at low speed and then at high speed.

  4. Stop kneading when the dough comes together and leaves the bowl.
  5. Let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature and fold the dough.
