My trials with UNO continue at full throttle. Feta cheese quiche' My new recipe is bread cakes. But don't think of a cake like meatcake, I would like to point out that you can't see bread as bread in this recipe either :)

This recipe, which you can easily apply with any type of bread you have at home (I prepared it with UNO's toast bread, which is at home all day long) is a flavor you have never tasted before. While I was applying the recipe, it swelled up quite a bit even though I didn't put baking powder or baking soda in it.
Me and my wife were very satisfied with the result. If you want to try something easy, practical and different, this is for you.

You can use your stale bread in this way and create your own flavors by using milk chocolate, dark chocolate, fresh fruit pieces and sauce.

Love to all…

    Hi Nilay Hm,
Cakes from Bread are a very nice and practical recipe, but something caught my eye, you did not add the sugar that should be put in the egg yolks to the ingredients section, I would appreciate it if you could indicate how much sugar there is.
    I wish you continued success.
    With love.

Ms. Nilay, I want to make your mosaic cake, but I got stuck somewhere. You mentioned boiling the cream. I could not understand whether this is powdered cream mixed with milk as we know it. I will be glad if you answer. I follow your site every day I congratulate you

      Hello Nazan Hn.

You will use raw cream, not powdered cream. You can get it from major supermarkets.

      Thank you.
