Of course, there is not only labneh cheese and rosemary in it, but when a little olive paste and a ball of black pepper are added, a delicious bread with a texture almost as full and dense as German brown bread came out.

Ingredients for Labneh and Rosemary Bread Recipe in a Bread Machine

  • 1 packet of wheat flour mix
  • 1 pack of instant yeast (10 g)
  • 280 ml water
  • 1 tablespoons of olive paste
  • 1 tablespoon of Pınar Labneh
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

How to Make Labneh and Rosemary Bread Recipe in a Bread Machine?

  1. Put water, olive paste and labneh cheese into the bowl of the bread machine.
  2. Pour the flour mixture over the liquids. Add the yeast from the last pack
  3. Select a 3-hour bread making program in the machine. If you can choose the color of the crust, choose number 2 or 3.
  4. After the bread is baked, wait for the machine to cool down in its chamber.
