Keep trying on the Bread Machine :) We haven't encountered any negative results so far.

Don't panic because the cornbread doesn't rise too much while you're making it, it shouldn't rise anyway :) I don't like hard cornbread very much, those who say that cornbread is hard should definitely try making it in a bread machine. Take it easy now…

cornflour

In Beko Ekmaker's fast bread baking program no. 2, it baked perfectly in 1 hour and 58 minutes. Only I put 2 packs of baking powder just in case. An information for those who are constantly making bread in the bread machine, the dough comes together when making normal bread, in this recipe it is like cake batter, the dough does not come together, it stays runny, do not worry and do not add extra ingredients to make the dough come together, it bakes very well with these measures. Because this is not normal leavened or unleavened white bread.

Hello, I want to make this bread today, but I know that the baking powder in the bread machine can be made in the fast bread program no. 4, it bakes in about 1 hour 40 minutes. Generally, the program no. 1 is standard leavened bread and it is baked in 3,5 hours. Since the program numbers will differ from machine to machine, I would like you to ask me if there is a fast program and if you write how long it takes, I think I can find the estimated program. My machine is Beko Ekmaker. And I hope you can see this message immediately, I want to start making my bread :-)) Thanks a lot

Hello, I just bought my bread machine and I will try it for the first time. You put the ingredients in the machine without mixing them in the recipe, is it always used this way in recipes with a machine?

Hello, Since my machine is small, I made half the measure, in normal bread recipes, it takes 250 g of flour, but because this is a bread that does not rise much, it was very small, the taste was great, it was delicious than the ones I bought from the outside :)

    Good morning Ms. Nilay,

Wouldn't it be healthier to use other flour instead of white flour in this recipe?

YOU GAVE A RECIPE, BUT THE NAME WHICH WOULD BE SUITABLE FOR THE RECIPE YOU GIVEN IS "CORN FLOUR BREAD". BECAUSE THESE INGREDIENTS DO NOT ADD THESE INGREDIENTS TO THE CORN BREAD. IF YOU CORRECT THIS ERROR AS A BLACKSEAN. I LOVE IT. THE INGREDIENTS ARE VERY SIMPLE AND MADE WITH CORN FLOUR, SALT AND WATER.

Hello my friend. Your bread looks very good. I wonder what is the brand of the machine. We bought a poor brand with my friend, but the bread does not brown and sticks. I think the problem is with the product. I would appreciate it if you could help us. Have a good day again.
