Eggplant Paste Salad

Eggplant is one of my favorite vegetables. It is one of the vegetables that can be prepared with many kinds of dishes.

Today we are going from light and delicious taris.

Let's enjoy!

Materials:

  • 3-4 medium eggplants
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Yoghurt
  • 2 cloves of Garlic

Fabrication:

  1. Roast the eggplants on the stove, peel the skins off, add salt. Mash with a fork or knife.
  2. After waiting for the aubergines to cool a little, mix them with garlic yoghurt and serve.

    I roast the eggplants myself. When you wait for the ready roasted ones in the jar, both its color and smell change. You will be comfortable if you buy the tools that are sold as “közlengeç” in these markets.

    My recipe is a little different. Inherited from my grandmother. After roasting the eggplant, smash it with a knife. Then add olive oil, walnuts and garlic yogurt. Enjoy your meal.
