Egg Bread
Although delayed, I started my internship on Wednesday. I'm still sick, but I slept better last night than before. If I get a chance to rest over the weekend, I hope to be fully recovered by Monday.
We are night workers for the first 2 weeks of the internship, so we work between 14:00-22:00. Of course, when we say the cleaning of the kitchen at the end of the work, our check-out time is 23:00-23:30. When we say day and night, this tempo will last for exactly 3 months. If nothing goes wrong in the first month of 2012, I will have received my diploma.
I've spent the last days with pretty complicated recipes. Before I can give a recipe, I need to write 2 recipes beforehand. For this reason, I will try to prepare the infrastructure of the interesting recipes that will be uploaded more to the culinary school section.
Egg bread is a flavor from my childhood, I remember my grandmother whenever I prepare it. The ancients used to take home plenty of bread, even if it got stale, it would never be thrown away, it was definitely used in some way. In this way, we already have a lot of bread recipes in our kitchen.
Let's say you have prepared this recipe, but you have more stale bread, then this is like in my recipe. bread dessert You can prepare.
Love…

I made it with Sausage with Tomato Sauce, my roommate is still in shock :)
Ideal for my great very good breakfast :)
I'll do anything with it to fit the mortar in the kitchen. I dip it in a mixture of milk, flour, eggs, cheddar cheese, dill, spring onion, salt and put a lot of the cheese and onion part of the mortar on the bread while frying the bread. Fresh onion suits you perfectly, you should definitely try it.
I like it very much, but we used to call it bread fish, when I was a child, my mother used to make it very often, we ate it for breakfast, but my mother would break 2 eggs, add a couple of spoons of yogurt and flour, the dough would be close to the consistency of cake, she would dip the sliced bread in this dough and fry it that way, it would be very nice, I still like this I do it, it's very nice when you do it like this, it smells very bad when you make it only with eggs, it is difficult to eat, my advice is not to make it only with eggs
Definitely the best breakfast that my mother made in the morning and I woke up with its smell, I would eat it with honey and it is definitely a taste that should be tasted, I recommend it to everyone, the best breakfast food of my childhood :))
Is there anyone who doesn't wake up with this smell on Sunday mornings?
of of..fish-breadkkk :)
hello, I add mint, cayenne pepper, thyme and red pepper to this recipe. Especially mint makes it better.
I make a lot, but I've never tried it with milk.. I'll try :)
Hello
If you wish, let me quote a recipe that I use at home; I recommend it because the smell mentioned by the commenting friends while blushing does not come out much :) it smells more delicious…..
I watched it on a foreign TV channel; Bread is dipped by mixing 1 eggs in 2 glass of milk and whisking well,
1 spoon of butter is put in a Teflon pan and melted, the bread dipped in the mixture is ensured to absorb the milk well, and then it is cooked in melted butter until the front and back are browned.
Thank you very much for your recipes I love your sitemmmm Ms. Nilay ………………
Hello, Ms. Sevda, thank you for your advice :) The recipe you gave is a bit like french toast, but it is incredibly delicious. I wanted to give a recipe as it was made at home in our childhood. love..
health to your hands
oops, yes, my grandmother always used to make it. Even when we were children, we used to eat it for breakfast.
I made it for my wife on the weekend. but I poured very little oil into the pan, it didn't look good. Even though my wife didn't like it, she ate it:
I suggest you also add thyme ((=
I sometimes add milk and sometimes crumbled white cheese.
My mom used to make it for me too when I was a kid. what a dessert I would eat.. I would eat them with jam, then it would be wonderful..
This recipe always reminds me of my grandmother. We used to eat it when we were little. Now, I am making it to evaluate stale bread for Sunday breakfasts. It is both practical and delicious.
how much milk do you put in, miss? I mean, how many scoops of milk for how many eggs? If we add it in milk, it will increase the amount :)
I put some milk in the mixture... it is very tasty.. :o)
