Ingredients for Easy Noodle Soup Recipe

  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 heaping tablespoon tomato paste (tomato & pepper mixed)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • dry mint
  • salt
  • 5-6 glasses of hot water (can be two glasses of meat or vegetable broth)
  • 1 teaspoons of noodles

Fabrication:

  1. Put the butter and oil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add flour on top and fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the tomato paste and spices and fry for about one more minute until the tomato paste is crushed.
  4. While adding 5 glasses of hot water little by little, keep mixing the mixture with the whisk.
  5. Add the noodles and salt and let it boil.
  6. When the noodles are soft, remove from the heat and serve.
