Ravioli Soup (Thumb Soup)
Hello to everyone :)
Today I have a delicious soup recipe for you :) It is as satisfying as it is delicious. For the recipe, you can either make the ravioli yourself or buy them ready-made. The important point to note is that the ravioli are small. Unfortunately, I don't have much opportunity to open ravioli, so I usually prefer to buy ready-made.
When you open ravioli at home, you can also set aside some for soup. Manti can stay in the freezer for a long time.
Flour is not usually added to this soup, but because I like consistency in the soup, I added 1 tablespoon and cooked it by roasting. Otherwise, it looks like a juicy ravioli dish to me. You can not add according to your wish. Do not forget to check the water of the boiling soup, as the ravioli will absorb water while cooking.
