Dukan Tiramisu

Since I know that many of you are waiting for new dessert recipes, I decided to share this practical dessert that I prepared in the evening.
I really rarely want sweets, and when what I ate this afternoon didn't make me very happy, I started to think about what I can do right away. Of course, to speed things up, the first thing that came to my mind was the microwave. I was a little hesitant because I ate 2 scrambled eggs in the morning (followers know, I was allergic to eggs at one time), but the malaise predominated and made me have dessert.

By the way, I couldn't put it because light labneh was finished at home, but if you want, you can add 1 spoon of labneh to the cream.

Ingredients for Dukan Tiramisu Recipe
For Cake
- 1 egg white (large egg)
- 1 tablespoon of oat bran
- 1 tablespoon of powdered milk
- 1 tablespoons of sweetener
- 3 drops of butter & vanilla flavor
- 2 teaspoons of light yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of reduced-fat cocoa
For Cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tea glass of milk
- 1 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of sweetener
- 3 drops of butter & vanilla flavor
How to Make Dukan Tiramisu Recipe?
- Separate the egg white and yolk. Put the cake ingredients in a deep bowl. Add the egg white to the cake ingredients and whisk until there is no roughness and set aside.
- Take the egg yolk in a small saucepan, add the cream ingredients and put it on the stove. Mix until it thickens. (takes 1-2 minutes).
- When the cream is cooked, take your cake dough into the bowl you will cook and cook at 750 watts for 1,5 minutes.
- Take the baked cake from the bowl and put the cream on the bottom of the bowl. Place the cake on the cream and pour the remaining cream over it.
- When the cream comes to room temperature, sprinkle cocoa on it, cool it in the fridge if you want, or consume it warm.

Hello, where can I find oat bran? Also, what exactly do we need to do while following the Dukan Diet? Do we have to do everything that is written there? For example, I do not eat meat. Despina, I don't know if you will see it, but in my humble opinion, you can follow and apply the breakfast, bread and dessert recipes on this site.. Even if you don't follow the dukan diet, you can replace the breads in your menu with oat bran, lighten your menu with Dukan desserts..
