This morning I decided to have a different breakfast. I always sprinkled the ingredients that I put next to the pancake I made from oat bran, so our dukan pizza came out.
A light make-up and delicious recipe for those who constantly prepare the same diet recipes. By the way, since I didn't consume any eggs yesterday, I guess my allergy symptoms disappeared. Today I made pancakes with just 1 egg white.
I didn't have the opportunity to cook because I was busy organizing the new wardrobe in the evening, so I ate 2 hamburger patties that we cooked on the grill. Today I plan to make my own hamburger patties.

Ingredients for Dukan Pizza Recipe
- 2 tablespoon of oat bran
- 1 egg white
- 5 tablespoons of light milk
- Less than 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Top materials:
- 3-4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece of white cheese
- thinly sliced peppers
- 2 slices of bacon or ham without fenugreek
How to Make Dukan Pizza Recipe?
- Whisk the oat bran, egg white, light milk and baking powder well in a bowl.
- Lightly grease a small pan and wipe it with a napkin, take the pan over the low-burning stove and pour the wholemeal mixture you have prepared.
- Sprinkle the peppers, bacon, feta cheese and tomatoes over the crepe.
- When the bottom is slightly cooked and the edges begin to bubble, take it into the oven that you have heated to 200 degrees and cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
