Dukan Cookie (Brownie Cookie)

Release Date: 26-03-2012
4 5 5 1

Hello everyone from the second recipe of the day,

I know you've been waiting for this day for a long time. In order not to keep you waiting any longer, I gathered my ingredients at the first opportunity and prepared my first sweet snack for the dukan.

oat bran cookies

I have always used 1 spoon of sweetener in this recipe as I do not like very sweet cookies. If you are craving sweets, you can make 2 spoons.

You can pack these delicious cookies, which you can prepare in a maximum of 15 minutes in crisis situations, and keep them in the refrigerator for a long time. From now on, when I go out for coffee with my wife or friends, I will definitely throw a few in my bag.

I spent a lot of time collecting materials. I photographed it collectively, as I did not want to cause misunderstanding. As a result, you can easily make the cookies that I have prepared by using these materials.

When you take your cookies out of the oven, don't worry about their softness, if the smell has started to spread in the kitchen, it means that it is already cooked.

There are 10 large cookies in total. I think he can eat 4 or even 5 a day. I ate two of them with a big cup of tea at noon, and I keep two for the evening movie enjoyment.

Love…

    Greetings
Thanks for the recipes, good luck
I'm in cruise phase and what I'm wondering is water, oat bran is allowed but oatmeal is not. Does this mean we can't make the recipe during the cruise phase? Thank you in advance for stating that the two are not the same thing.

Thank you very much for the recipe. I used grapes, molasses and brown sugar instead of sweetener. I used milk instead of powdered milk. It is also delicious when yogurt is added to it. I used natural, unroasted hazelnuts, natural almonds and walnuts. I added a little cinnamon, along with ginger. Only the setting is very important, otherwise the oat bran is bitter. I made a decision, but it turned out very well. I usually drink it with coffee and when I drink water on top, it swells a lot and I don't get hungry at all. I recommend it to anyone who pays attention.

Hi Nilay, I tried these cookies with great curiosity, I guess I couldn't set more than 10 outputs :) It was very tasty and soft when it first came out of the oven, but later it turned into a hard and a little bland in the consistency of a biscuit, is there a trick to avoid it like this or is it normal? ? Take it easy, thanks…

Isn't oatmeal and oat bran the same thing, just one powder and one grain of it, because I couldn't find it myself, I turned it into powder in a blender.

Oat bran and oatmeal are not the same thing. One of them is an oat plant, while the other is only the bran part, the outer wall. This is the same as the relationship between wheat and wheat bran. For those who make dukan, oat bran should be used.

Hello to everyone; There are two types of hunger. The first is emotional hunger and the second is physical hunger.
If you are craving brownies, chocolate and cake, this is sensory hunger. But if you crave sweet sugary things because your blood sugar is low, it's physical hunger. The easiest feeling of hunger to suppress in the world is physical hunger. If you have faced such a crisis and you do not want to gain weight, you can suppress it by drinking a herbal or fruit tea with honey, so you will get VERY few CALORIES (8-10CL) and your blood sugar will be balanced, you will feel more energetic. The biggest factor in making this diet is that I am not lazy to make these recipes… it is actually suitable for my diet, that is, it is protein-based, but if there was a place in Ankara where these recipes are prepared and sold, I would be a regular customer :) even finding oat bran here is a problem...

Nilay, I made the cookies! Something with a wonderful smell came out, its consistency was good (I haven't eaten it yet, I'm saving it for 5 tea today!) but instead of powder sweetener (I couldn't find your stevia, where is it sold for God's sake :)) I crushed and added tablet sweetener to the mixture. That's why I guess I couldn't catch the sweet taste :) Anyway, let's see, I hope I will succeed in the second try.

Now a question for you; I did the attack phase for 3 days, the scale that showed 55.7 at the beginning showed 4 in the evening of the 55.0th day. So if I only lost 700 grams of weight, I will quit the dukan and cut myself :)

Why could such a thing happen?

    Yours

Greetings dear, you can find stevia on the internet, check gurme.net or they may suggest an alternative. It can even be at the herbalists in Kadıköy.

Now, how much weight you need to lose, you need to look at it first, if you have less weight to lose (the weight suggested by the dukan), you can lose it slowly. At first, the body may have resisted. Maybe your body is not collecting water like me etc etc.

      Also good luck :)

Dear Semoş, first of all, hello, I think that there is nothing in life that does not have side effects. We drink alcohol, we smoke (non-smokers become passive smokers next to smokers). We eat medicated vegetables, we love red meat (usually medicated meat) and oil, and we consume it. We adore patisserie made with unspecified oils. While we think that we will eat honey and find health, men are selling us fake honey. If we live in the village, if we say, oh, the air is water, if there is a factory around, it pollutes the soil and water. Come on, I've passed them all, there is such a thing as genetic predisposition. Heee, that doesn't mean I'm advocating bad habits. I'll eat carefully, choose everything, but if it's destined, the disease is to be sad in vain. Therefore, I do my diet as long as there are no side effects. After Princess Sema's comment, I reviewed the last 1 month and decided that I was eating healthier. I always skipped pre-diet meals. I've officially reset my alcohol use (of course I'm not waiting for the diet to end :). I got into the habit of drinking water. Before that, I started grilling the meat and chicken that I ate as a roast and cooking it in the oven. I eat fish, which is an interesting development. I realized that for the life of me I just cut out the extra fat, sugar and pastries. I already eat vegetables to my heart's content, how much healthier can I eat?

Let me copy the comment I wrote to him here as well, “I think like this, there is nothing in life that does not have side effects. Hello Songul, finally we all reached our goal :) Now there is something like this in the consistency part, it is enough for eggs to get the consistency, if you add milk, you can add a maximum of 1 tablespoon or so, and that is by reducing the egg. I think this will reduce the milk taste you can get. I'm not so sure it will hold up though because I've never tried it that way. I'll definitely make an experiment in the coming days, love...
