Hello Dear Friends,

This morning, when I saw that I was 64,5 kg, I breathed in front of my wardrobe. I tried on a caprim that I last wore 3 years ago from my pushed aside clothes and I got into it comfortably.

It's great to lose weight without feeling hungry, but I still have minor allergies. While the Proein + Vegetable days go smoothly, I show allergy symptoms on pure protein days. (Small rashes)

I attribute this to the eggs. In fact, there is also oat bran, which I have not used before, but I do not think it will cause allergies.

oat bran bread

I called my doctor, talked about allergies, he recommended a medicine, but I am still not very comfortable. I plan to continue the diet with vegetables + protein for a while. I can also include whole wheat or rye bread that I make myself in my diet. So I will act as in the protection phase.

This weekend I bought the treadmill I mentioned earlier. I think it will be delivered by tomorrow at the latest. So I'm going to be a little more flexible with the diet.

I have had readers ask if we can eat bread on the Dukan diet. Unfortunately, we cannot eat bread, but we can consume cakey bread made from oat bran.

It only contains 3 eggs and more oat bran than you need to consume daily. For these reasons, I recommend that you divide the bread into 4 portions after preparing it and eat 1 portion every day. (You can store leftover bread in the refrigerator.)

Note: I used a long thin long mold because I did not want to increase the amount of material, not to prolong the cooking time, and because it was easier to visually position. Therefore the bread was thin.

Love…

Ingredients for Dukan Bread Recipe

  • 8 tablespoon of oat bran
  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 heaped tablespoons of yogurt
  • 5 tablespoons of light milk
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener

How to Make Dukan Bread Recipe

  1. Take the eggs in a whisking bag and whisk until foamy, just like we do in cakes.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the eggs and mix on low speed until there is no roughness.
  3. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. Lubricate your mold with 1-drop of oil and wipe it with a napkin so that the entire surface is lubricated.
  4. Pour the bread mixture you prepared into your mold.
  5. After cooking for 200 minutes in the oven at 10 degrees, reduce the oven temperature to 120 degrees and bake at this temperature for 10 minutes and take it out of the oven.
  6. When cool, remove from mold and slice.

You wrote yeast as leavening agent in the recipe. Isn't it necessary to wait for it to ferment before putting it in the oven?

I used 12 muffin tins for baking. It was cooked very well on the inside. Tomorrow I will go to the cruise phase, 2 spoons of dandruff per day are allowed. Therefore, 3 small loaves of bread fall every day. In this way, it was more practical to adjust the amount of food.

I'm going to start the dukan diet tomorrow. The thing I want most in life is to go to a store and shop to the fullest, but this has never happened except for the youth, you can't get out of the cabin because you enter a store and your wife is waiting outside, it's a terrible feeling, but I'm determined, I'll start this diet

I am in the attack phase and I am thinking of completing it in 5 days. I have a question for you. I live in Germany. Protein bread is sold here at bakers.. 70% protein and 9,7% Carbohydrate. Can I use this bread in all phases anyway, one slice is very satisfying..I'm looking forward to your CV, Regards...

Absolutely I agree. Although this is not the exact recipe, I have always tried bread and pancakes and I can't eat them because of the smell, it makes me nauseous. What should I do to suppress the odor? I am on the 2nd day of the attack phase and since I will do it for 5 days, I need to find a solution to this problem :(
      thanks in advance

I lost 2 kilos in the attack phase for 2 days. I am currently on the 10th day of the cruise phase, but I have lost 3 kilos in total. Why can't I give? Actually, the weight I need to lose is 3-4 kilos anyway. Could the body be saying "you can't give yet, get stronger"? :))

hello, I'm still on the dukan diet. I went to the strengthening phase, having to do very little getaways without consuming prohibited foods... unfortunately, since I don't have the opportunity to do sports where I live, I have lost 8.5 kilos in a month without doing any sports in two phases :))) it's a joke …3. I'm in the middle of a phase and I started doing sports at home..this diet has the feature of tightening even without sports.

Ms. yasemin, I am doing the dukan diet, 8,5 clay in a month sounds pretty good, my 3-day attack period ends tomorrow, but I could only lose 2 kilos. I would be very happy if you could tell me which method you used during the cruise phase, so 1 day protein + vegetable one day pure protein? , or 5 days of protein vegetables – 5 days of pure protein?

Derya, there is no complete list of this diet. There are prohibited and non-prohibited foods. At each stage, what you can and cannot eat are specified. You can also find what I wrote about the Dukan diet here. But remember, you can get the most detailed information from the book.

If you have an egg allergy related to the Dukan diet, you can prevent the allergy by consuming only the egg white. Try it like this and most likely there will be no itching and redness. The book talks about this.

I'm very sorry, I didn't remember if I wrote the comment here or just left with what I thought, I saw it by chance yesterday, as I said in the second phase, I quit the dukan diet because of allergies.
I started to lose weight before the dukan diet, I already started with 80 kilograms, when my weight loss stopped, I switched to dukan I think I was around 70 kilograms. The doctor told me not to do the dukan, so I quit while I was in the second phase, I didn't gain any more weight, I even saw 63-odds by the way, but I still have 10-15 kilos to lose and I haven't made any effort to lose weight since I quit the dukan, unfortunately…. Let's see, I hope I will give it to you, I hope it will be easy for you, like me, you can switch to another diet.
