A big hello to everyone,

I know you've been waiting for a dukan recipe from me for a long time, but I can't find the opportunity to try new things. Although I have intensified the escapades while talking about sports etc lately, I did not have a problem because I burned more than I ate, and I even lost 1 kilo more.

When I saw the hopper of the ice cream machine in the freezer this morning, I said come on, it's time for a new dukan recipe.

In about 40 minutes, my ice cream was ready, but here's the thing. Since the mixture is not dense, I recommend keeping it in the freezer for a while after removing it from the machine. This is necessary for it to harden a little more, but if you like soft ice cream, you can serve it immediately.

You can easily consume this recipe in all phases, including the Dukan diet attack phase.

Now let's come to the intense e-mails from you...

Dear friends, I'm trying to answer as many emails as I can right now. Of course, I'm trying to do it in order. It takes a long time for me to reply to you, since I return not only e-mails but also messages from social networks.

Those who are waiting, please do not be offended, you are my babies (imagine Orçun :)

Love…

Put it in a bowl from the pot, put it in the refrigerator, take it out every half hour, pull the ice on the side into it, mix it. When you get the consistency of ice cream, eat it with pleasure

My ice cream maker arrived yesterday from Tchibo. Today I prepared my ice cream according to your recipe, now it is waiting to be eaten in the freezer. Is it okay if I prepare fruit recipes in a similar way? Sincerely….

Ayşenur, I prepared the ice cream exactly according to these measurements. It suited my taste. Of course, since there is no cream and sugar in it, it is not like a regular ice cream, it has a slightly icy consistency.
