It's been a long time since I thought about losing weight again. In fact, it would be absurd to say that we should not think about losing weight? We women always think about losing weight. What I'm going to write now is a little heartbreaking, I already know what I am, but "it doesn't work for me!" mixed with confessions.

Before marriage, I was 48 kg, after marriage, I started to gain weight gradually (within 5 years). I am 69 kilos now, of course, Kitchen Secrets has a big contribution to this.

I did short-term diets in between. As soon as I started dieting, I would see the benefits and start losing weight. I even went to cavitation for a period and lost 5 kilos. After I had an operation, I regained my weight. In recent years, it has been so intertwined with food that my life could not go further than dieting without self-deception for 2-3 days.

Being hungry and stressed is not suitable for someone with a sensitive stomach like me. Especially leaving my stomach empty for a long time to lose weight or consuming raw vegetables and fruits means that I suffer from heartburn. Of course, it is the healthiest way to lose weight with a light diet and plenty of exercise, but I don't have time to go to the gym. This puts me in a vicious circle. It's nice to have simple exercise tips that can be done at home in the book.

In the last few weeks, a lot of people around me have been talking about the Dukan Diet. When my wife's colleagues lost 15 kilos in 7 days, and another friend of mine lost 3 kilos in 5-25 months, this Dukan business started to haunt me.

I bought the book from D&R yesterday and started reading it. I haven't started dieting yet, I'm in the reading and understanding phase for now.

Dukan Diet Chart

I would like to outline what the Dukan Diet is. Maybe there are those who decide to start with me and want to lose weight.

Now you bought the book or started reading my article and you are wondering what will happen if I do this diet. The form guides you and at the end of the questions it asks, it draws out your diet template. Finally, it shows you how to lose weight permanently in 4 stages with special times for you. These phases (Attack Phase, Cruising phase, Strengthening phase, Protection phase) are also explained in detail in the book. Don't forget, you have to fill out the form and get the special times for you. For example: If my attack phase is 4 days, your attack phase may be 6 days.

In the table you see below, he said that my ideal weight is 51.08, but the weight I want to drop is 55, so you don't have to go down to the recommended weight.

1 – Attack Phase: It takes between 1 and 10 days depending on the amount of weight you will lose. As I said, you should find out how many days it will take by filling out the form on the site. In this phase, it is foreseen that I will lose at least 4 kilos for 1,5 days and for a period determined specifically for me.
At this stage, only protein is fed, but there is no calorie limitation. The book mentions 10 categories that you can consume during this period. eg. Lean meats, skim dairy products, poultry, seafood.

2- Cruising phase: As can be seen in the chart, the time it has set for me is 98 days (I mean röhh). But in this phase, vegetables are also consumed, you add 28 different vegetables mentioned in the book to the proteins in the attack phase.

3- Strengthening phase: In this phase, in addition to the first two phases, fruit comes. You can also have reward meals where you can consume pasta, cakes and pies. How much weight you lost during the Cruising and Attack phase, for example 14 kg, is multiplied by the sample x 10 days to calculate how long the strengthening phase will last. What I see is 140 days breh breh breh.

4- Protection phase: When you come to this stage, you are getting rid of the weight that has found your consistency. You can eat whatever you want without missing the end of the rope, but to maintain your weight, you repeat Phase 1 on Thursday every week.
In the diet, it is recommended to consume 1,5 liters of liquid every day, which is quite reasonable in my opinion. If you are one of those who cannot drink a lot of water, you can complete this liquid need with herbal teas and light drinks.

In the light of this information, I am thinking of starting a diet, what do you think? If you have done it before and reached the ideal weight, I am waiting for your suggestions and comments.

    The diet that I could not start because of my laziness :(.. Actually, both laziness and not being able to spare time to cook various meals for my 2-year-old daughter.
