Dukan Diet Recipes: Eggs with Yogurt (Oatmeal)

For the first day (attack phase) of the Dukan diet, I prepared scrambled eggs for breakfast. Interestingly, I liked the taste of the egg that I cooked by adding yogurt to it. Since I don't use much oil while cooking eggs, it didn't affect me much.
You can flavor the recipe with different spices as you wish. If you think you will not be full, you can use more eggs.
A simple recipe is good for relieving stress on the first day. I prepared chicken soufflé for lunch and beef goulash for dinner.

Dukan Diet Recipes: Ingredients for Egg Yogurt (Oatmeal) Recipe
- 1 pieces of eggs
- 1 tablespoon of non-fat yogurt
- 1,5 tablespoons of oatmeal or oat bran
- Salt, Black Pepper
- 5-6 leaves of parsley
Dukan Diet Recipes: How to Make Egg Yoghurt (Oatmeal) Recipe?
- Drop 1 drop of oil on your Teflon pan, wipe it with a napkin and distribute it all over.
- Finely chop the parsley. Whisk eggs, yogurt, oat bran thoroughly in a bowl.
- Add the parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook it in the heated pan by mixing it to the desired consistency.
