Dukan Diet: Cruising Period

Yes… Here we come to step 2! For 4 days (4 for me, of course), I fed the body with meat, dairy products, oat bran, and I lost 2,5 kilos in this way. Even such a small weight or water loss attracted the attention of those who saw it. Many of my friends noticed that I was thinning.

Now we are getting a little more diversified and green. We can consume 2 tablespoons of oat bran. As in the attack phase, I read the book and tried to make a summary that we can all benefit from.

The cruise phase, which will allow us to reach the weight we want, begins. But our weight loss rate was slowing down a bit. The reason for this was that we took back some of the water we gave with the vegetables added to the diet.

Water returns to the body, but as you continue to diet, fat is burned steadily. I mean, it seems like I lost some, but at the end of this stage, you reach the weight you want.

The cruise period consists of 2 consecutive diets as pure protein and vegetable + protein. Pure protein diet, which we initially applied What is the Attack Phase? Ve What kind of recipe do we follow?You can find out by clicking the links.

The cruise period consists of 1 day of pure protein, 1 day of vegetable + protein. In fact, there are versions such as 5+5 or 2+2, but Dr. This is how Dukan recommended so that we don't get bored of this long phase and give up on the diet. In my preference, it will be in this direction as it is easy to follow. This phase continues uninterruptedly until we reach the desired weight.

At this stage, we can eat the things on our list that we are allowed to eat without limit, but we definitely do not consume vegetables without protein (Ex: Diet Yogurt, Diet milk, egg, meat varieties). Like meat salads, meaty vegetable dishes.

Vegetables added to our list:

Tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, spinach, asparagus, leeks, green beans, cabbage, mushrooms, celery, fennel, chicory lettuce – all types of salads, eggplant, zucchini, red – green peppers and carrots and beets, provided that they are not consumed at every meal.

You can consume these vegetables raw if you don't have any stomach problems (which I have). You can grill or boil the vegetables without oil and cook them in the oven. They can be steamed so that they do not lose their vitamins.

Vegetables that should never be consumed:

Potatoes with high starch content, rice, corn, chickpeas, broad beans, lentils, artichokes.

Attention should be paid to the dressings made in salads, and one should not overdo it. Delicious sauces can be prepared using vinegar, balsamic vinegar, yogurt and lemon. simla According to the new hearings we received from the lady, in November, Dr. Dukan added 3/4 tablespoons of olive oil to the diet with an update he made in November. In other words, we can consume olive oil in small amounts.

Meat is mixed with vegetables, salads are made upon request, so it will be a little more colorful for those who are full of meat during the attack phase.

Dr. Dukan definitely does not recommend this diet to breastfeeding mothers. He even finds it inconvenient to follow another diet while breastfeeding continues.
