I will say hello on a snowy Istanbul morning, but it is almost evening. I don't know why I'm interestingly full of energy.

You know that I started the diet at 27 kilos on February 69, on March 3, that is, although only 6 days have passed, I saw 65,5 kilos this morning. I have never felt any discomfort, I have not been angry, I have not had any pain, I have not felt weak. Even though I couldn't do the walks, the diet is going very well.

It's going great, but if I hadn't shared it, I would have definitely broken the diet on Friday night, saying "what about 2 glasses". At the end of the day, you have to not be a liar!

As I published in my cruise article yesterday, this period will pass with some ups and downs. Anyway, I prepared myself for this situation. The place where our house is located is definitely not suitable for walking. I want to buy a mid-range treadmill, but because there are other priorities, he never gets the opportunity. Let's call it luck.

Yesterday, I ate 3-4 of the pickled cucumbers, which I couldn't eat (which I love) even though we could eat them during the Attack phase, for dinner. This made me incredibly happy. I don't want to exaggerate too much so that I don't collect water again because of the salt.

Although it is not written in the book at this stage, many people add cucumbers and tomatoes to their breakfast. Of course, it is normal that it is not written, this type of breakfast is generally common in Mediterranean cuisine, I am thinking of adding it, but this is not the season and they are tasteless. However, I used very little in my salad yesterday to have variety.

This period will be long, so I will publish new menus in between. Of course, I will try to add recipes suitable for the Dukan diet.

Remember, in this phase, we are making 1 day of pure protein / 1 day of vegetable + protein. When I came out of the 4-day attack, I first made vegetables + protein.

Breakfast

Snack

  • Yogurt or milk (you can use sweetener or cinnamon)

  • Grilled Chicken Salad (I have a nice recipe coming soon)

Snack

  • If necessary, around 16:00
  • 1 slice of turkey meat or 1 boiled egg

Dinner

  • 3 pieces of spicy chicken breast cooked without oil in the oven
  • Mushrooms with parsley in the oven
  • some greenery
  • 3-4 small pickled cucumbers
  • 1 can of diet coke

Later in the night:

  • 1 bottle of soda
  • 1 fruit diet yogurt
  • Chamomile tea
  • su

Important note: You can eat up to 2 eggs a day. (This applies to the yolk, no limit to the white)

      I don't think that the bran you put in 500 gr or 250 gr ground beef will be very important. In the end, if you're not going to eat all of them, I think it's okay, but as it says in the book, you shouldn't overdo anything.
