Dukan Diet Recipes: Eggs with Yogurt (Oatmeal)

For the first day (attack phase) of the Dukan diet, I prepared scrambled eggs for breakfast. Interestingly, I liked the taste of the egg that I cooked by adding yogurt to it. Since I don't use much oil while cooking eggs, it didn't affect me much.

You can flavor the recipe with different spices as you wish. If you think you will not be full, you can use more eggs.

A simple recipe is good for relieving stress on the first day. I prepared chicken soufflé for lunch and beef goulash for dinner.

Materials:

  • 1 pieces of eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of non-fat yogurt
  • 1,5 tablespoons of oatmeal or oat bran
  • Salt, Black Pepper
  • 5-6 leaves of parsley

Dukan Diet Recipes: How to Make Egg Yoghurt (Oatmeal) Recipe?


  1. Drop 1 drop of oil on your Teflon pan, wipe it with a napkin and distribute it all over.
  2. Finely chop the parsley. Whisk eggs, yogurt, oat bran thoroughly in a bowl.
  3. Add the parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cook it in the heated pan by mixing it to the desired consistency.

    I started the Dukan diet today and now I weigh 81 kilograms. I ate only unsweetened tea and dukan pancakes in the morning. I'm thinking of eating a bowl of light yogurt at noon. In the evening, boiled chicken breast and most importantly, I hope my first day of walking for 20 minutes will go like this, good luck to everyone.

    I was 65 kilos five or eight years ago. I lost 45 kilos by jogging 15 minutes every night with my daughter and 5 minutes of exercise in bed as soon as I got home. I went to the dietitian. We bought a treadmill for home. I walked on the band for 1 hour at close speed every day, followed as many channels as I could catch on the satellite channels of the television, pilates, yoga, step, 1 hour walking outside every evening, and I lost 2 kilos in 4 months from 10 kilos a month under the control of a dietitian every week. Because it is best to lose weight slowly. But after a year, I went back to my old eating pattern and stopped drinking water. As a result of excessive walking and jumping rope at home, sciatica occurred on my hip due to a herniated disc. I received treatment. I became afraid to exercise. I want to lose weight again.

    When I was on the diet, I went from 68 kilos to 65 kilos in four days.
    I quit a few months ago. Now I'm 66 kg. I'll start again, this time my goal is 55 kg.

    Alone, it's a bit of an inadequate diet for a person who does martial arts like me. But even if you don't do sports, if you walk at least half an hour every day at a fast pace, you will get faster results.

    My father and I thought about starting this diet and bought the book. Everything is fine, but there is a problem that I can't get an answer from. My mother never eats eggs, she wants to go on a room diet, would she waste time if she made other recipes without eggs? I want to get ideas.

    I started the dukan diet today.. I ate 2 eggs in the morning, I ate grilled fish at noon.. I drank buttermilk at around 5pm..my question is…I feel very hungry in the evenings..can I make a meal with oat bran pancakes..can I consume oat bran as pancakes in my meals.72 kilos I started with the target 62 come on good luck :-)

      Selda, I understand from your question that you did not get the book and started doing the diet without much research. In this way, you either get sick and leave the diet, or you lose your motivation. Please do so by reading the book.

    You mentioned it in the diet summer yesterday, there is no need to order oat bran online, I bought it from Migros, it was not even on the shelf, they brought it from the warehouse, it had a price of 4.35..
