I was going to start my writing by saying hello on a sunny Istanbul morning, but the weather was already back to normal by the time I finished my routine work and started writing. Actually he is undecided, the sun is doing cee ee :)

1-2 days ago, I decided to make my own dukan burger instead of cooking ready-made hamburger patties with a high fat content.

before homemade burger You can find the recipe I prepared here.

Another delicious alternative chicken burgerHere is its recipe. But you should not forget that if you are on a diet, of course, lower the fat content and add oat bran to the mortar using breadcrumbs.

pure protein recipes

Normally, no onion or garlic is put into hamburger meatballs, and even salt and ground black pepper are not included in the meatballs. The reason for this is to enjoy the taste of carefully selected meat with a balanced fat ratio.

If you're going to make a Dukan burger, you have to change it up a bit, because we definitely don't want the fat in the meat. When I buy, I reserve the fat of the meat and then grind the ground meat. When lean meat is cooked in a pan or grill without oil, it will dry out, a little intervention is needed to prevent this and to make it suitable for our taste.

There are 2 huge meatballs from the recipe I gave. One of these meatballs is enough to fill me up, but you can also eat the second meatball if you want. You can even make more and put them in the freezer.

In addition, if you are on vegetable + protein days, you can cook red pepper, mushrooms and onions in a pan without oil, as we did in the evening, and add them to your burger.

You can use the sandwich bread here or this crepe for serving. You can make your hamburger even more delicious with pickled cucumbers, dijon mustard and greens.

Last night, we made a lot of hamburgers because we had a guest, it's worth getting into the grill business when the amount is large, but I used a Teflon pan because I made 1 burger when I was alone.

Love…

    Hello Miss Nilay,

I'm thinking of making this burger with ground chicken. But something struck me. In another recipe of yours, you put breadcrumbs in the chicken burger (not the dukan recipe). If I follow the recipe you gave above, is it okay if I just use chicken mince? So would it be harsh? There is no breadcrumbs in the shop. I think I can add 2 tablespoons of oat bran, which I don't like, to the chicken mixture. What would you recommend I do? Thank you in advance for your response.

Hello Songul, I'm planning to prepare dukan chicken meatballs in the near future. I will use the same method as you think in the recipe. I will use oat bran instead of breadcrumbs. If you want, try it in normal meatball sizes instead of burger size at first, you decide according to its consistency. Love…

Hello, Ms. Nilay, I follow your site with interest, your recipes are very good. I wanted to do some research (I want to start too) about Dukan, but I came across some contradictory information in some places, where the amount of cheese is limited and a total of maximum 1 liter dairy products (milk + yogurt + cheese) in a day. They say that we need to consume and that the amount of milk is 200 ml at most, I wonder how you apply them?

Hello, Füsun, it is best to look at the original source, the book, because many places write without reading or applying. As far as I read in the attack phase in the book, there is no dairy product limitation. I had noticed something about 200 gr b. cheese in the book before, but I don't have the book with me right now, so I shouldn't give any wrong information.

My way of application is as follows: I definitely consume b. cheese for breakfast, an estimated 50-60 gr is enough. If I get hungry during the day, I still consume some cheese. I use up to 5-6 tablespoons of milk for pancakes, I drink a large mug of coffee with milk every evening. I also use yogurt for sauces and sometimes for marinating meats. So I think it can only find 1 liter. I hope I could help.
