Hello Dear Friends,

I left behind a weekend that felt like a week to me :) Instagram ve from twitter Those who follow us know closely about our Gaziantep trip and how many stops we stopped in in a short time :) I will share our Gaziantep route with you as soon as possible so that you have a pleasant guide in hand when you go.

Then of course, there are 101 flavor festivals that we go to with the dust of our feet. Of course, at the end of such long and busy days, I missed staying at home and especially eating with olive oil :)

artichoke with olive oil

Before I start the article, I opened the refrigerator and bought my artichokes, which I bought from the market on Wednesday, but kept in water. I also took out my last frozen peas from last summer (I stocked up a lot in the freezer).

I quickly chopped onions, carrots and potatoes. Afterwards, it was prepared quickly, and at the end, the artichoke stuffed with olive oil, which was cooked in a pressure cooker for exactly 12 minutes, was ready.

I waited for them to cool down while I was writing the cover letter and the recipe, and now I am sharing it with you with the photo I took when it was warm :)

Let it be recorded as a very healthy and practical suggestion for those who think about what to do after work in the evening :)
