Ingredients for Walnut and Olive Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes (Lemon and Labneh) Recipe
- 1 pack of labneh cheese (300 g)
- lemon zest
- Black olives (chopped)
- Red olives (chopped)
- Grilled Olives
- Sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 handful of walnuts
- Olive oil
- Thyme
- pomegranate seeds
- Spring onion (finely chopped)
Fabrication:
- Place the cream cheese in a bowl. Add the lemon zest.
- Make the mixture homogeneous and spread it on the serving plate to form a smooth base.
- Put black olives, red olives, grilled olives, walnuts and dried tomatoes in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, thyme and pomegranate seeds.
- Add the finely chopped spring onion to the mixture and mix.
- Spread the olive and dried tomato mixture you have prepared evenly over the labneh base.
- Serve with a little more pomegranate seeds or olive oil on top.
