Dream Cake & World Cake and Cake Day
Hello Dear Friends,
I received the news that I was chosen as one of the representatives in Turkey for the World Baking Day, which will be celebrated all over the world almost a month ago. From that day on, I started to think about what I can do for this pleasant day.
In this way, the foundations of my Dream Cake, in which I gathered all my favorite flavors, were laid :) When I received positive comments from 10 people who tasted it, I said, this is my recipe.
World Cake and Cake Day started as a way for cake and cupcake lovers around the world to share their passion for baking. Last year's slogan was #Caking.
This day is actually the perfect excuse for us to wear our aprons and cook amazing flavors for our loved ones. In 2013, World Cake and Cake Day, “My Brave Cake” comes to life with the application.
On Sunday, May 19, the recipes of the world's most exciting 100 professionals are gathered to make the cake you call "My Brave Cake". You can try it by choosing your cake & cake from the platform.
I can't think of a better opportunity to show your courage and try a recipe you've never created before.
Come on, create a taste to be proud of and do it on May 19th. #mybravecake Share with the slogan.
Love…

Hello, Miss Nilay, I couldn't find mascarpone, unfortunately, I even looked at Migros. None. Is there any alternative instead? No cream cheese?
hello Derya, you can use a fresh cheese that suits your taste. Yours sincerely
How much difference would it be if we covered it with cream on the outside?
Yes, it is very nice, but how did this cake rise so much, what is put inside to make it rise more.
Well done, Ms. Nilay looks great, can we use something else instead of mascarpone cheese? I would be very happy if you could provide information.
I'm sorry, nilay hnm, it didn't happen when my message wasn't published, I thought and wrote, after writing, my first post was published, and I wonder which brand of vanilla flavor you used, love
I bought it from a pastry shop. Might be FFC but I don't remember exactly.

Hello Emine, if you are going to use that brand, 2-4 drops are enough. Unfortunately, I can't add the construction steps for the past recipes, if I shot it that day, I'm already publishing it with the recipe. love.
Hello, your cake looks very nice, I want to try it too. But I have a question. My cake rises well, but it collapses when it comes out of the oven. What can I do, then the inside of the cake is not good. Thank you.
ADVICE: That's what happened when I made it for the first time.
hello lady nilay.. the cake looks amazing.. I asked a few stores for mascarpone cheese to make it but I couldn't find it.. do you have an alternative or where can I find the cheese??
You can find it in the cheese aisles of big markets. If only labneh is used, it will not give the same flavor. Yours sincerely
Your cake is as beautiful as its name. You decorated it very well. It's great that you are one of the 100 people whose cakes are the subject of World Cake Day, congratulations.
Greetings,
Yasemin from Ekmektutkusu.com
Greetings,
I wonder how many cm diameter these cakes were baked in a springform mold?
Between 18-22 is suitable
Hello, Ms. Nilay, good luck with your hands. We don't like whipped cream very much, is there any other alternative that can be applied?
the image is great
nilay hn, you look very good. I bought all the ingredients to try, but the coffee dragee seemed too big and hard to me, I was worried if it would be successful, how about we use chocolate chips instead, but I don't want to spoil the originality of the cake.
Hello Mrs. Yasemin, yes they are a little big. You can use chocolate chips or grated chocolate. Yours sincerely
I wish you would share the images under construction on the world bakkind day site..
Well done, Ms. Nilay looks great, can we use something else instead of mascarpone cheese? I would be very happy if you could provide information.

Well done nilay lady. A recipe that appeals to me as a cake and pastry lover. It's obvious with the image that it's gorgeous. I'll definitely try it.
Ms. Nilay, your hands look super healthy, definitely try it. Will the coffee be Turkish coffee or Nescafe?
It's all up to your taste, Birsen lady, I used Nescafe to have a milder flavor.
