Ingredients for Ice Cream Tartolets Recipe

  • 5 tablespoons of margarine (75 g),
  • 1 eggs,
  • 1 cups of flour (125 g),
  • ½ cup of sugar (85 g),
  • 1 lemon zest,
  • 7-8 tablespoons of marmalade (about 140 g),
  • Juice,
  • 1 balls of Carte d'Or Classic Creamy Ice Cream

How to Make Ice Cream Tartolets Recipe?

  1. Melt the margarine, make sure it is at room temperature.
  2. Beat the egg, mix with oil, flour, sugar.
  3. After adding the lemon zest to the dough, wrap it in cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour and in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  4. After removing it from the cabinet, open it with a rolling pin.
  5. Spread into greased portion tart molds by lifting the edges with your hands. Pierce very often with a fork to make it crunchy.
  6. Dilute the marmalade (it can be rosehip, blackberry or plum) with fruit juice and spread on top.
