To make the cookies that are too big for many, I put the dough in a piping bag and squeezed it into the tray the size of a coin. In the end, I got the perfect size and smooth cookies. Not only that, I also put a ball of ice cream in between.
We all love to bite into ice cream. Especially if we're going to finish in 2 bites and move on to a new one, don't enjoy it...

Ingredients for Ice Cream Sandwiches Recipe
- 200 g margarine (4/5 of the package)
- 1 cup of granulated sugar (170 g)
- 2,5 cups of flour (275 g)
- 1 pieces of eggs
- 1 pack of baking powder (10gr)
- 8 tablespoon of chocolate chips
- 1 scoop of Carte d'Or Classic Walnut, Cream, Pistachio ice cream per sandwich

- Decor Candy or Filet Almond
How to Make Ice Cream Sandwiches Recipe?
- Take the margarine and granulated sugar into the whisk. Using a mixer, beat the margarine and sugar until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add 1 egg to the creamy mixture and continue beating.
- When the egg is completely mixed, add the flour, baking powder, cocoa and chocolate chips and mix with the help of a spatula.
- Pour the cookie dough into a piping bag with a wide-mouthed tip and squeeze it into a baking tray lined with silpat or greaseproof paper at 2 cm intervals. Bake in the oven at 165 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
- When the cookies come out of the oven are completely cold, take a cookie and turn it upside down and put a scoop of ice cream in the middle.
- Put the second cookie on the ice cream ball and press it lightly.
- Dip the cookies ice cream in colored decoration candy and serve.
