If you are going to host guests comfortably during Ramadan, especially on the weekend, I definitely recommend you to try the Ice Cream Lokma Dessert recipe.
I know, I still haven't been able to share the photos of the ice cream event with you. I'll edit and flick'r photos of the Mövenpick event and the other 3 pending events as soon as possible.
Since I can't collect the photos, I try to publish the ready-made ones with their recipes one after the other. By the way, we've already finished the ice creams without writing the recipes :)
As the boredom eased a bit, my wife and I went to watch Cats and Dogs 2: The Revenge of Kitty Galore last night. It's great for kids, but a total relaxation for adults. We had a lot of fun, I definitely recommend you to go.
Love…

- Mix yeast and powdered sugar and open with 1 teaspoon of water (stir).
- Sift the remaining flour and make a well in the middle. Put the yeast mixture, remaining water, salt and egg into the pool you opened. Knead with your hands until it reaches a consistency that will not stick to the counter (5 minutes).
- Take the dough in a large pot and knead for 5 more minutes.
- Cover the pot and let the dough rest for half an hour.
- While the dough is resting, put sugar, water and lemon juice in a saucepan for the syrup, melt the sugar by stirring constantly on medium heat, keep it aside after boiling for 15 minutes.
- Heat the frying oil on high heat, then break off lumps from the dough with a greased chau spoon and throw them into the hot oil.
- Remove the colored bites with the help of a slotted spoon and throw them into the syrup.
- Serve the bites that absorb the syrup well with Mövenpick Walnut and Maple Syrup Ice Cream.
Note: This recipe is a recipe developed by movenpick ice creams, I haven't tried it yet.
