Ingredients for Semolina Halva with Ice Cream and Nuts

  • 1 glass of semolina
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 glasses of milk or (1 glass of water + 1 glass of milk)
  • 4 spoonful butter
  • 1 coffee cup of almonds
  • 1 coffee cup of hazelnuts
  • For 1 coffee cup of pistachios
  • 1 scoop of Creamy Ice Cream per serving

How to Make Semolina Halva with Ice Cream and Nuts?

  1. Put the milk and sugar in a saucepan, heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Once the sugar has melted, take it off the heat.
  2. Put the butter in a common pan and add the peanuts and nuts and fry for 1 minute. Add the semolina to the nuts and stir with a wooden spoon over medium heat until the color darkens.
  3. When the semolina reaches the color you want, add milk. Cook on low heat until the semolina absorbs the milk.
  4. Take it off the heat and mix it 1-2 times, when it is well on top of it like rice.
  5. Let the pot brew for 10-15 minutes with the lid closed.
