Ingredients for Ice Cream Pear Dessert Recipe
- 1 dried red pepper,
- 1 sprig of rosemary,
- 1 bay leaf,
- 2 star anise,
- 2 sticks of cinnamon,
- 3 cloves,
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon,
- 1 tea glass of granulated sugar (90 g),
- 2 tablespoons of honey (30 g),
- 2,5 glasses of water (500 ml),
- 1 pear and 2 scoops of Carte d'Or Classic Milk Chocolate Ice Cream per person
- Cotton candy
How to Make Ice Cream Pear Dessert Recipe?
- Remove the seeds from the red pepper and place them in a large pot.
- Add rosemary, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon sticks, cloves, lemon juice and zest, granulated sugar, honey and water and boil for 5 minutes.
- Peel the pears with their stalks on top, place them in the pot and cut the oiled paper to cover the mouth of the pot so that they cook evenly.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes until the pears are soft, drain with the help of a colander and transfer to the serving plate.
- Boil the remaining water in the pot on high heat until it is reduced to half, add it to the pears and leave to cool.
- Serve with Carte d'Or Dark Chocolate Chip Ice Cream and as much regrets as you want.
- Optionally, you can add chocolate sauce.
