Again, I have a bomb recipe for you. This is definitely my favorite among the brownies I've made so far :)

The crunchy top layer, the dense consistency that saturates you with chocolate… It has a place to say that it took me away with Pistachio Ice Cream on it.

dense chocolate brownie

We went to visit the elders of the family tonight because of the oil lamp. I prepared a basket consisting of the flour halva I prepared on my way, the cherry rusk dessert and brownie, the recipe of which I will give soon. After dinner, our folks couldn't believe their eyes.

I recommend you try it at the first opportunity.

Love…

Ingredients for Ice Cream Pistachio Brownie Recipe

  • 200g butter
  • 2 pack of dark chocolate (160 g)
  • 1 water glass flour
  • 4 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 1,5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of pistachios

per slice

  • 1 scoop of Pistachio Ice Cream

to decorate

  • Chocolate Sauce, available upon request

How to Make Ice Cream Pistachio Brownie Recipe?

  1. If available, melt the dark chocolate that you cut into small pieces in the microwave, if not, in the bain-marie.
  2. When the chocolate melts, add the butter at room temperature and mix it well and let it cool.
  3. Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and add sugar to it and whisk. Take care that the egg does not rise too much while beating.
  4. When the eggs and sugar are well mixed, add the flour and cocoa by sifting them. Mix with the help of spatula.
  5. Add the chocolate and butter mixture to the dough and continue mixing with the help of a spatula. Finally, add 1 cup of pistachios and mix again.
  6. Once the dough is mixed with the chocolate, grease a small square baking dish or pan with some butter or oil.
  7. Pour the dough mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for about 30-35 minutes.
  8. Slice your brownie out of the oven when it comes to room temperature.
  9. Pour some Chocolate Sauce on the slices you take on the serving plate and serve with 1 scoop of ice cream.

    Hello;
It is a very nice recipe indeed. I want to make it, but is it possible to use oil other than butter? I can't eat either. Thank you from now :)

I wondered if you didn't use baking powder in meden. Because my cake, which I prepared according to the recipe, did not rise, moreover, it was a little hard :(

Hello, baking powder is not used in the original brownie recipes, because it is not desired to be too dry and swell. It should be thin and dense. You may have overcooked it. Love…

    Hello there

I tried the recipe today, it tasted very good, but the top of mine was cracked, but the inside remained fluid. Almost like a soufflé. That's why it fell apart while cutting. What should I do :(

Hello Derya, I think your problem is caused by the oven. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done right now.
