Ingredients for Skewered Meatballs with Tomatoes Recipe

For the meatballs:

  • 400 gr. ground meatballs
  • 1 pieces of eggs
  • 1 medium onion2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • 2 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
  • Cumin
  • Black pepper
  • meatball spring
  • Salt

For the skewer:

  • cherry tomato
  • pepper
  • mushroom farm’s equipment
  • 10-15 wooden skewers
  • Vegetable oil

How to Make Skewered Meatballs with Tomatoes Recipe?

  1. Take the ground beef in a large bowl and open the middle like a pool.
  2. Crack the egg into the middle of the minced meat, add the grated onion and garlic.
  3. Chop the parsley, add the other mortar ingredients and knead well.
  4. Break off hazelnut-sized pieces and make a ball in your hand.
  5. Chop the tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms into the sizes you want.
