Ingredients for Brewed Pasta with Meatballs in Tomato Sauce Recipe

  • 25-30 pieces of meatballs
  • 1 jar of winter tomato sauce (500ml)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2,5 cup of hot water
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Half a pack of pasta
  • grated old cheddar cheese and parsley for topping, optional

How to Make Brewed Pasta Recipe with Meatballs in Tomato Sauce?

  1. Chop the onion and garlic. Put Cook4Me+ in sealing mode, add olive oil to the bowl. When the onions become transparent, add the meatballs and fry.
  2. Add tomato sauce, salt and spices and mix.
  3. Add the pencil pasta, add 2,5 cups of hot water and cook in pressure cooking mode for 3 minutes.
  4. If desired, let the sauce simmer for 1 more minute and place on a serving plate.
  5. Serve with aged kashar and parsley if desired.
