Ingredients for Dill Potato Sandwich Recipe

4 potato
2 carrots
1 bunch of dill
4 tablespoons of yogurt
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 teaspoons of lemon juice
Salt
Black pepper

Fabrication:

Potatoes are boiled in a saucepan, after the first temperature rises, their skins are peeled and grated in a mixing bowl, salt, pepper, vegetable oil and lemon juice are added and mixed to obtain a soft potato mortar. Walnut-sized pieces are cut off and the whole is rolled, finely chopped dill is sprinkled on the rolled pieces and adhered to the potatoes, then the potato balls are hollowed out with the help of our thumb and formed into a bowl. On the other hand, the carrots are grated and sautéed in a small pan for 4-5 minutes, and the potatoes we prepared are filled with yogurt.
