This morning I opened the 2012 Breakfast on the Balcony Season. The nice weather brought a new breath to my life, which was rotting at the computer at home. I even missed the sun hitting my face while I was having breakfast. Even though I went to bed at 4 am yesterday to get things done, I'm in good spirits :)

Of course, my joy may be that I am now 60 kilos. I'm starting to think that if I didn't have these weekend getaways, I would seriously lose 55 kilos at the end of May :) Actually, I don't know exactly whether I want to lose weight that much because as I get thinner, the slight roundness of my face, which looks cute to me, begins to sharpen.

Anyway, our main topic is the delicious village tomatoes. I loved the tomatoes I bought from the street market this week. Some call it an Arab tomato, some say it is pink, but the thing that does not change is that it is very tasty despite its pale color. I can't bear to use these delicious tomatoes in food, but they are great when you make cold cuts for breakfast or when you make eggs with cheese and tomatoes.

Today I'll be on my way to Tahtakale to do some small barbecue shopping.

Ingredients for Dill Salad Recipe

  • Half a bunch of dill
  • 2 stalks of scallion
  • 1 village tomato
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to Make Dill Salad Recipe?

  1. Wash, dry and finely chop the dill. Finely chop the freshly picked onions.
  2. Put the onions in a bowl with the dill. Add olive oil, vinegar and mix.
  3. Slice the tomato and egg. Take the salad on the serving plate. Arrange the tomatoes and eggs on the salad.
  4. Serve sprinkled with salt and pepper.

    Nila, you are amazing.
    These days, I could not eat eggs in accordance with the Karatay diet. Why didn't I think of it, dill and spring onions. I love them both individually.

    As for dukan...he lost 3kg in 11,3 months but I haven't been able to lose any weight in the last weeks :(

    Varya you are amazing! I didn't sleep until today in stress and I beat my borderline stress crisis with your dukan tiramisu recipe!! Also, it was great, I wrote an article, I didn't sleep at all, but I'm very happy that I ate dessert :)

        Hi Nilay, you lost 2 kilos in 10 months, but have you ever had a fat and muscle measurement? How much is your fat reduced? I'm wondering about this too..I'm currently 27th day and 4,7 kg. I've been able to give it until now.. I'm seriously dvm even a yk called "permission to be used". I don't even use olive oil…it seems like it's stopped these days, but don't give up :) As far as I can see from your pictures, fruit juice, bread etc. you eat .. well it doesn't affect it at all? otherwise 10 kg. the comfort of giving? :))

          Hello Gizem, we were 2 people for breakfast, I don't drink fruit juices unless I'm sick. It is very rare in bread that I eat maybe a small slice of sourdough bread that I make once every 3-4 days. I'm one of those who gain weight all over the body, at least 1 kilos of what I lost was water, but as I understand from the thinning of my skin, most of it went from fat. At the end of the diet, I will take a measurement. I recommend you to use olive oil, except that it is allowed, the body needs a little oil. My weight seems to be fixed at 3 right now. Love…
