Ingredients for Sea Beans Hummus
:- 3 cup boiled chickpeas
- Half a cup of tahini
- half a glass of water (may be added little by little depending on the density)

- 2 cloves of garlic

- 1 bunch of sea beans
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- boiling water to boil
